Alfa Cantor LLC ("Alfa Cantor", "we", "us") operates alfacantor.com. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can reach us about it.

We are a business-to-business company. Our website is intended for HVAC contractors, facility operators and similar commercial users, and the information we collect is overwhelmingly business contact information rather than personal information about consumers.

When you complete a form on our site — including our Information Request, Refrigerant Recovery Survey, CFC Refrigerant Sourcing, Buyback Sign-Up, Pickup Request and Quote forms — we collect the information you choose to give us. This typically includes your name, your company name, your work email address, your telephone number, your location or job site address, and details of the refrigerant or service you are enquiring about.

When you visit the site, we also collect limited technical information automatically through analytics tools, including Google Analytics delivered via Google Tag Manager. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the time and date of your visit, and the site you arrived from. This information is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

If you pay an Alfa Cantor invoice online, your payment details are collected by our payment providers, not by us. See "Payments" below.

•   To respond to your enquiry, quote request, buyback sign-up or pickup request.

•   To provide refrigerant recovery, reclamation, buyback and sales services, and to arrange collections and deliveries.

•   To issue invoices and process payments.

•   To keep the records we are required to keep as an EPA-certified refrigerant reclaimer.

•   To contact you about your account, an order, or a service you have asked about.

•   To understand how our website is used and to improve it.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics delivered through Google Tag Manager, to measure site traffic and usage. These cookies help us understand which pages are visited and how visitors move through the site.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site function. Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Alfa Cantor invoices are issued as PDF documents containing a secure payment link. Card payments are processed through the Zoho Books hosted payment portal. ACH bank payments are processed through Forte. Your card details and bank account details are collected and held by those payment providers under their own security and compliance programmes.

Alfa Cantor does not store, retain or record your payment card number or bank account details on our own systems. We ask that you never send payment card details to us by email.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share information only as follows:

•   Service providers who operate our systems on our behalf — including Zoho, which provides our website, forms, email, file storage and accounting systems, and Forte, which processes ACH payments.

•   Analytics providers, as described above.

•   Carriers, licensed reclaimers and certified destruction partners, where sharing your details is necessary to arrange a collection, shipment or service you have requested.

•   Regulators, where we are required to report as an EPA-certified refrigerant reclaimer, or where disclosure is otherwise required by law.

•   Professional advisers, and any party involved in a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality.

We keep enquiry and customer information for as long as needed to provide the service you asked for and to meet our legal, tax and regulatory recordkeeping obligations. Records relating to refrigerant transactions are retained in line with the requirements applicable to certified reclaimers.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. Our business systems are provided on a hosted basis by Zoho, with security maintained at platform level. Individual employees access those systems using their own named accounts, and access is removed when a person leaves the Company.

No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are directed to businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised.
